How do you achieve super shiny, healthy hair?

1. Use the right shampoo for your hair type.

We all have different needs, and so does our hair. If you have dry or damaged hair, use a hydrating shampoo to replenish natural oils and promote shine. Those with oily hair should opt for a purifying shampoo to reduce excess oil. 

2. Use nourishing and hydrating conditioners.

Always condition after shampooing! It is important to also use a hair mask or deep conditioning treatment at least once a week to replenish moisture and shine. It will help repair, rejuvenate, and rebuild elasticity in your hair.

3. Reduce the use of styling tools.

5. Eat a healthy diet.

A diet rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids is essential for maintaining healthy-looking hair. Eating foods, such as lean meat, fish, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, can nourish your scalp.
