ORDERS
You must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery date if there are discrepancies with your order.
If you are unsure if your order has been processed we suggest checking your email, spam folder as well, and if no emails are in your inboxes please contact us before placing another order.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or edit the order. Before submitting any order please be sure that all information is correct.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email.
MARKED AS DELIVERED (STOLEN)
- Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered
- Orders over $100 USD require a police report
STUCK IN TRANSIT (LOST)
- Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update
DAMAGED
- File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
RETURN POLICY
We offer returns on purchases that are returned within 30 days of receiving the items. Items you wish to return for a refund must be mailed back to us. The Runway Looks reserves the right to prevent fraudulent activity. Any purchase that you are not satisfied with should have approximately 80% or more of the product remaining within the container.
You are responsible for return shipping. A refund for the product value will be processed back to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping. If purchase was made at Amazon, please see Amazon.com return policy.
Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping and we recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.

- Full Name
- Order ID
- Email address
- Details or reason why you would like to return
We will respond to you within 48 hours after receiving your e-mail.
If you purchased a bundle or qualified for a free product, the free product must also be sent back with your entire purchase for a full refund. If an item is missing, we will not issue a refund.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

EXCHANGES
The Runway Looks does not offer any type of exchanges, only returns for orders purchased directly on our website. If purchased from one of our retailers please contact them directly for any returns.
